We come to you — home, office, hospital, care home, café, anywhere in the Tri-Valley. Flat $75 travel fee.

If we are coming to you, we will also ask for the things that actually make a mobile visit work: gate code, building, unit, floor, parking notes, and for a hospital or care home, the facility name and room number.

Then you pay on the site. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Done before you arrive — no cash, no awkward maths at the end of the appointment.

There will be one checkbox you have to tick:

I understand I must bring valid photo ID for every person signing, and that I must not sign the document before the appointment.

That single checkbox will prevent more wasted appointments than anything else we build.

Step 7 — Instant confirmationLink to this section

On screen, by email, and by text — immediately.

Your confirmation will contain:

  • Date, time, and place, with directions
  • The full "what to bring" list, written out in the message — not a link, not an attachment
  • The ID rules in plain language
  • The "do not sign it yet" reminder
  • A reschedule link and a cancel link
  • A phone number that a person answers

Then a reminder 24 hours before, and a short one 2 hours before.
