Notarization — $10 per pageLink to this section
Priced per page, not per signer and not per document — the single biggest source of bill shock at most notaries.
- A one-page form, however many people sign it, = one page = $10
- A five-page power of attorney = five pages = $50
- A 12-page trust document = 12 pages = $120
The booking form adds this up on screen as you type. You will see the total before you pay.

Flat $75 per visit — the same fee whether we notarize one page or twelve. Travel is disclosed up front and listed separately from the notarization fee, so you always know which part is which.
Coming to the Pleasanton office instead? No travel fee.
