Every store-based notary has the same limitation: you have to get there, during their hours, and hope someone with a commission is on shift.
That does not work when the person signing cannot leave the house. Or when it is 7pm. Or when four family members need to sign the same estate package. Or when someone is in a hospital bed.
That is the gap this fills.
How a mobile visit worksLink to this section
1. Call (925) 319-8855. Pick a time, give the address, and mention the details that actually matter — gate code, building, unit, floor, parking, room number.
2. We arrive on time. If traffic goes wrong, you get a call — not a silent late arrival.
3. Fifteen minutes, usually. ID, journal, signature, stamp, done.
4. Pay at the appointment. Card or cash. Online booking with online payment opens September 2, 2026.
What to have readyLink to this section
A flat surface and decent light. A kitchen table is ideal.
Everyone signing, present, with their own photo ID. Which IDs work.
The document, filled in and unsigned.
Directions that work. Gate codes, building numbers, "the door is round the back." This is the single biggest cause of a late mobile appointment.

One flat fee, the same however many pages get notarized. It is separate from the $10-per-page notarization fee and confirmed when you call — never a surprise at the door.

- No blank spaces in the document
- No legal advice, ever
- Direct communication with the signer — no translator in between
- If the signer seems confused or pressured, it stops
